Unexpected Getaways

Mitten Getaways will provide a resort with unique, year-round, amenity-filled, private glamping getaways, and outdoor activities. We are seeking land on which to establish our rural resort where peace and preservation are of the utmost importance.

Here are some aspects that are not required, but make your land especially attractive: 

   🥾 30+ acres (less if adjacent to unoccupied land)

   ✌️ Few or no neighbors in sight 

   💦 Water feature access (fishing, kayaking, etc.)

   🗺️ Livingston, Genesee, or Oakland counties 

   🏠 Onsite owner/operator residence 

   📜 A preference toward lease or partnering

While landowners are welcome to invest financially, the company founders and other investors are prepared to take on all development costs and are open to discussing a lease, partnership, land contract, or combination thereof.
