Partnership Terms. Mitten Getaways Glamping Company’s (MGGC) Partners page is located at https://www.mittengetaways.com/partners. The dedicated page for each partner will be located at mittengetaways.com/recommends/[partner]. Featured articles and advertisements will require the cooperation of a partner contact in order to accurately and efficiently write the article. The co-branded product may be an article of clothing or other item available, which can be co-branded with both the MGGC logo and that of the partner company. Partner endorsements on social media refer to posts made by MGGC which promote or recommend the product or service provided by the partner. MGGC operates accounts on Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube. The Gold Partner plan is an annual plan. The Platinum Partnerships include all the same benefits as the Gold Partnership, with the addition of greater co-marketing efforts, most notably an physical aspect of the resort being named after the partner. The physical aspect named after the partner is on a first-come, first-served basis and includes semi-permanent signage on the aspect. Gold plans are a one-year term; because physical signage is created for the platinum plans, these plans are on a three-year term. To the extent that the partners sells a product or service which can be used on the resort with guests, MGGC will offer that product or service for sale, on the resort, to its guests. Partnership plans may be canceled at any time, but are nonrefundable. MGGC reserves the right to refuse to sell, promote, or produce any partner products or services which it deems inappropriate.
