Why I Like It...
There are many artists and a broad range of price points from which to choose.
Fiverr is an online marketplace for freelance services. The ones I'm most drawn to are the website, logo, and brand guide creation. There are dozens if not hundreds of more freelance services, but for a small business getting started, these three seemed the most applicable.
Fiverr provides many features that make it an attractive option to purchase freelance work. It is very easy to sort and filter the various freelance artists by price and rating. You can read reviews and see examples of every artist's work. Each artist provides a description of their work and, in some cases, offers different tiers of service. This is helpful as you may just want a basic logo and color scheme. Or if you want a more complete branding, you can select packages with fonts, brand guides, social media icons, etc. Artists can also set up FAQs and you're able to ask them additional questions before purchasing their service.
Fiverr provides its artists greater flexibility in their pricing compared to 99designs, so you may be able to pay a little less. However, 99designs is a little more structured and puts your request out to more artists, giving you greater choice than with Fiverr.
